Just a very quick question. Was the lip sync problem ever fixed?

Only problem I had was the image wasn't scaled to 720p when using VGA. Got fixed in a dashboard update and now looks very nice.

I've not had the the issue on my HDTV, but when on SDTV, switching to PAL50 sorted it for me.

Pretty sure the sync issues were fixed in the first dash update.

its actually a very good player now, playing lost dvd earlier and i reckon it was level with one of the medium quality hd clips on the net

It was yes, with the spring update. Also playback over vga uses the proper 360 res as opposed to erm a 640x480 res (think it was that) like it used to be. The playback is brilliant, so I ditched my Sony player.

I tend to use the 360 instead of my DVD player now as well.
