Xbox 360 Family settings help

i got my daughter xbox live at xmas and during the set up process i used my @live.com email address for convienience, little did i know that this would later be a problem when trying to set xbox live family settings.

i have set up family settings for the console but i cant set up family settings for live, it tells me there is no child accounts on the console, this is because it is my email used to register for live. I went into my daughters profile and tried to change the email address to one i have made for her but when i try to change the email address it says that the new address is a childs account and i can only add an adults account.

any suggestions how i can fix this so i can have the existing live account changed to a childs account so i can then set the family settings for live.

i even tried changing the details of my email adress that i used to register live, i changed it to my daughters details but lthe console still does not recognise tha account as a childs.

i have discovered my daughter has a boyfriend thru using live, she is 11, he is 11, he sends messages saying he loves her and she is sexy lol. he is 350m away in birmingham i am going to do what i should have done to start with restrict live so she cant message or talk to anyone.

yeah i was hoping someone could suggest something i hate using customer services i am never impressed by them and usually some foreign person i can understand.
