Xbox 360 Filesharing.

i got file sharing etc all working but i just been round my mates, and he can browse his PC hard drives via his Xbox, He cant remember how he did it and i was wondering if anyone here knew how to(would save a lot of time instead of throwing files into the video/picture library).

When you turn on another xbox or "media center". Something should pop up on his pc asking if he would like to configure it. Basically all you are needing to do is "allow" access to the pc from the xbox.

go to the network and sharing center

  Media Sharing (on)
  Click on "Change...."
  Make sure the Xbox 360 is set to 'allow'

Each individual xbox needs to be given permission as far as i can tell as this pc has 2 seperate xboxes assigned to it.

Once that it is done the xbox should be able to see anything that is shared.
