Xbox 360 Friends List Issues

Hi guys.

Having a few problems today with my Friends List on my console. Firstly the console freezes for a good minute when I try to open my friends list, and secondly it is not loading my friends Gamerpics, Rep, Gamerscore or anything.

I've always had my 360 set in my routers DMZ and my NAT has always been 'Open'.

Any suggestions? Or could it just be Live acting up today as it is busy with the Gears 3 launch?

Very likely to be live being so busy...but if it hasnt fixed itself in a day or so call microsoft...sit enjoy the hold music and then get talked down to for an hr without fixing anything.....

XBL is hosed at the moment.

Just tried joining some games, no love. Tried a chat with a mate, again won't let me add him to the party. Seems there's some internal auth issues, couldn't sign into the XBL website either today.

edit - seems they've fixed a bunch of stuff that was on the site before, but there's still problems. That said I still can't join any games. Restart time.
