Xbox 360 + Half-Life2 Problems....

Hi All

This is a quick post for a friend of mine.

He's had his 360 ( the top sec one ) for a few months now and he's just bought a copy of Half-Life 2 for the original Xbox to play on it.
He recons it should play fine but it keeps sticking or crashing on him after about 3 or 4 levels.
I know some of the old Xbox games are compatible with the 360 but I don't know about Hail-Life2.

Has anyone heard of any problems with the game crashing or had the same problem your self's if so how did you solve it???

It is on the compatability list, could try and contact Microsoft technical support. Being a console I do not see what you can do as a end user to help the situation but being new to it all I may be wrong.

I swear theres a problem with HL2 and the latest 360 update we just had. Just going off to find out.

kainz is right, many people have had a problem with this game after the new update

iirc half life 2 didnt run that great anyways on the 360, i think there was trouble with the physics engine having barrells floating around in the air and stuff.
