Is it possible to connect the xbox 360 to my tv with HDMI ---> dvi cable and then connect an optical cable from xbox 360 to speakers at the same time?

is there actually enough space though? Gonna be plugging in both a HDMI-->DVI cable and a big chunky standard Xbox 360, doesnt look like there will be!

You have to use the official Xbox 360 HDMI cable. If you use a standard one and the AV cable (for your optical audio adaptor) you have to modify/bend/rip the cable?

I do not know the exact details, but search this forum before you go pushing in the cables and maybe bending breaking them

the offical method would be the easiest option.
you can use the orignal cable your xbox comes with, take off the outer pastic bit of where it plugs in, and that gives you enough space for both.

Tried this, looks like it should work. Makes a lot of space, should be able to fit in both now
