Xbox 360 in stock at game online

Looks like they are finally becoming widely available, 1 friend got one from Argos on thursday and another walked into Comet on friday and picked one up off the shelf.

Glad they are getting instock now.

Yeah I might have got one but I only really want pgr to start with. I will have a look round town tommorow.

I suppose it just demand and supply, by the summer you won't be able to walk through the door of game without some spotty teenager trying to flog you a cheap package, when the demand has tailed off.

And by christmas when the two main contenders are going head to head they will probably be £150.

Til then game will get their pound of flesh.
 
Bought a core system off the Comet website I had a wireless controller, memory card and PGR3 all for £300 not to bad, I couldnt afford the premium that would have skint me.
I found the site xbox360locator.co.uk. Once I seen it in stock at Comet I couldnt leave it there. Pleased with it to.
 
I went through town today seeing what was available. Few cores in stock in various places but no premiums. Although both my local game stores told me that if I phoned them at 9 everyday they could almost guarentee me one in the next two days, This was because they have finished all their back orders and they only get asked for them about 30 times a day now.

But my local gamestation said they didnt expect tp have them on the shelves for general sale until mid to late march as they had a big back order list.

To be fair a lot of people wouldve brought those already if it wasnt for the packs they are selling with. Most people looking to buy one for the kids wouldnt know that they could take back the bundled games.

If they were straight premiums they would be long gone i think?

Either that or MS has over estimated how many people actually want one ;)
 
Hi, Just thinking about getting one of these ... and would want the premium package ... does that only have one wireless controller ?
Where are the best deals for these ... seems premium packs are hard to find ?

Probably best phoning your local stores for premiums and the premium comes with one wireless controller. :)
 
Well my friend looked for one on friday and there were 2 Premiums in town 1 at Gamestation and 1 at GAME plus about 8 Cores between both, he got a premium. I went back on monday and there were no premiums about and there were only 2 cores left at Gamestation 1 of which I bought.

Dannyjo22 ... are you saying you can get a refund if you don't open games that come in a bundle ? full retail value ?

be interesting .. walk into store buy bundle , get refund on games before walking out with console :p

So £280 is the correct rate for a premium, anymore is gouging ?
