Xbox 360 live Q

Im thinking about getting a 360, was wondering how live is over wireless. Is there any lag etc?, I have a cheapo 11mbps wireless router, would this need to be upgraded?

Also, what adapters work best with 360?

If you want to go wireless you can only use the Microsoft official one, if you want to use a wireless router via ethernet then any will.
