My Xbox 360 is really annoying me - it keeps refusing to output sound through the HDMI connection.
I bought it Thursday and when I hooked it up to the TV via HDMI it wasn't outputting any sound. Last night I tried it again and the sound was working - yay \o/.
However this morning I have no sound through HDMI again
I've tried it with the component cable and sound works fine through that but I would rather use the HDMI connection due to improved quality etc etc..
I've done a search on the net and found other people having sound problems but those are with the new Xbox interface and i'm still running with the original. I did try a couple of suggested fixes - removing and reconnecting the Hard Drive but the sound output seems to have a mind of it's own
Any ideas?
