Xbox 360 Premium... Should I?

I paid £410 for my premium from argos but i got 2 games with it and also another wireless controller. Definitely would buy a premium for that price, cant go far wrong altho the shipping charges are a bit steep.

Not really - Special Delivery on something that heavy would cost £19.

To the OP, I trust you will be paying with paypal as you are better protected that way.

But you can't do that with Buy It Now. Once somebody clicks that button the auction is closed. It can be a pain in the ***. I had to list my lappy 3 times with a buy it now option before I got a legit buyer.

Well I've emailed him too - im possibly going to use Paypal - at the bottom it states

"Please pay via paypal or personal cheque/bankers draft, if paying via paypal the item will be sent out immediately or if paying by personal cheque the item will be sent out as soon as the cheque clears. *please note, if you chose the option to pay via paypal there will be 5% added to the total to cover paypal fees.*"

Makes it about £294.00 for the console....

I just got mine today from Game, Premium with Condemned, King Kong, and PGR3, only £370.

May be worth ppl phong them up, and getting there names down like i did, i only phoned up the other day, and they said were expecting a good amount in in the next week or so, so if you want one give me your name/number and we'll put you down for one, when they come in we'll give yer a ring to come and pick it up, they phoned me today as they had just got 8 delivered WOOT!!. :cool:

Ebay Sellers aren't allowed to charge people for the PayPal fees I believe.

Im just outside Washington/Sunderland in a place called Houghton-le-spring.

Was the Game in Sunderland where i got it from, but i rekon if they got some, then surely their other stores around the country should be getting the odd few as well.

Contact ebay and they will sanction him for that - it is explicitly against the rules to charge buyers extra for using paypal.

edit - to be honest I wouldn't buy such an expensive item off ebay, no matter what

Better to buy from a proper shop with all the protection and guarantees that you get that way.

Yep pretty much decided against it now. Might put my name down for one - but im not hopefull of one near Leeds.
