Just pluged my 360 into a samsung HD Ready tv....

Which screen should i sellect from the setup screen from my 360.

720p or 1080i?
Whats the difference between the two?

The tv's only 23 inch, but i'd still prefer which ever one offers the best qicture quality.

720p tends to look better on samsung screens at least.
