Xbox 360 Red light problem.

Hey im getting the 3 red light problem, Anyone know a fix for it?

As far as I'm aware there is no 'fix' for it. If you contact Microsoft they will collect, repair and return it for free.

You could probably fix it with the X-Clamp mod (Google) but you might as well just send it off to MS for a repair/refurb.

Just send it off to MS or if it is in the 1st year just take it back to the retailer for an exchange.

Don't bother with trying to fix it yourself let them do it

I've had it since march 2006, But no receipt or box or anything now. Can i still send it away for free though?

All 360s will be within the 3 year extended warranty period dedicated to the 3RROD problem. The 360 is 3 years old in December
