MY xbox 360 has been a brick from the RROD for the past 2 months. I finally got round to filling out a return form on microsoft.com. I did this 7 days ago now, they still haven't sent out a box for my to ship it back to them.

For those that have been through this, how long does it take them to send out a return box?

You would be better of ringing them and they will then e-mail you the labels.
Find yourself a box and put the labels on it.
On the labels you will find a phone no for ups give them a ring and your console will be collected within a few hours.
People are now getting them collected and repaired then delivered back in less than two weeks now.

I got mine done for the usual RROD.

Calling the MS helpline is like visiting the 9th circle of Hell - but in the end we finally deciphered each other's accents and a shipping box was sent to me.

Got it 2 days later, called the courier to collect (next day) - got my 360 back within the week. Quite pleased all in all, was a decent turnaround.

The scary thing is, this is the second time I've copied and pasted this about Xbox 360 repairs on various forums. Guess the RROD problem is still going strong :(
