Xbox 360 Repair

Right my xbox has just been picked up today by UPS to be taken to get repaired. But I have one question for anyone who has sent their xbox to get repaired, if you could let me know how long it will be until i get the console back??

I asked the guy on the phone when I first rang Microsoft and he said it could take upto 15days just wondering if people have received it back any quicker or will it take the full 15days.

It used to be just a few days when they were sending refurbs back out, but now they are actually reparing your console it's taking nearly two weeks.

thats nice to know, hopefully it back before i go offshore then in 2weeks, just ive got forza 2 and a steering wheel sitting here and its killing me

i was told not to send the hdd or leave the facia on mine :confused: it took 4 days but if what has been mentioned above about them now repairing not just sending refurbs is true then it will take longer
 
when my died 3 weeks ago, i sent it off and within 7 days it was back with a new mobo, seems to work fine as well since then. although still noisy :P

Same here.marked my case and mobo and got neither back. still ,at least it works now.
 
crikey the xbox was picked up exactly a week ago by UPS and just got a email this morning from microsoft saying they have received it and will start repairing now :( so that is a week gone, probs gunna wait another week before i get it back
