Hi can anyone help me im sending my 360 back under warranty ive got my UPS returns label and its all ready to send. But due to a very poor accent from the lady on the phone i dont know if i have to send any info with the Xbox or if i have to send the HD to?

She would have given you a 10+ digit ref number. That is all you need to include.

Not sure about the hard drive, best not to as she would've mentioned it.

I also found them hard to understand and was like speaking to a robot.

Also what was the problem? 3 Red Lights? If so and your power light changes from amber to green on the power pack when you power on the xbox then all you need to do is send in the xbox on it's own with no accessory, power pack or hard drive. Just the bare console.
