After playing through ME1 and currently working through ME2 I fancy some more RPG's that take a while to complete and are involving to play.

Was looking at the Dragon Age games but was wondering if there was anything else decent out there?

Already played Oblivion, racked up 300hours on the pc version.

Will take a gander at the rest in this thread.

Even though it's been recommended I'd go with Fallout 3 GOTY. The reason why I'm choosing that over New Vegas is because you can pick it up for less than a tenner and the GOTY edition has all of the DLC which adds a lot of extra quests onto the main game, as well as new areas. Plus the DLC is on the disk, you don't need to go and download it, or at least it was on the PS3 version.

I've never really been into RPG's, and at the beginning I never really gave myself a chance to properly get into Fallout 3, I left it sitting on the shelf collecting dust for months on end before I gave it another try and I'm glad I did because it's gotta be one of my favourite games of all time. It can be a bit buggy, it's buggy on all platforms but nothing game breaking and the various patches will have fixed the main ones by now. I really recommend it and like I said the GOTY edition is crazy value for money considering the amount of playtime you'll be able to get from it. :)
 
DLC comes on another disc on the 360, but I agree with you K1LLSW1TCH I have GOTY edition on both my PC and 360, started playing it on the PC last month (did get a few mods on it tho) and its a great game
 
Fable 2,3 are really good.
Dragon age 1 is awesome and is one of my favs of all time and one of the longest games i have played!
Fallout is pretty beast and is also a pretty big game.
Oblivion in my opinion is the best Rpg ever, Me2 being second best.

I pretty much agree with all this.

If you fancy a JRPG then Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Tales of Vesperia, The Last Remnant, Final Fantasy XIII and Magna Carta 2 are all good.
