Xbox 360 S Errors

iv had the new slim for about a month now and only just started getting problems this week.

so i try to play Fallout 3 from the hard drive and get this error



it doesn't happen with just that game its most of them.


then i downloaded the Mafia 2 demo pressed play and got this error



after i restarted it im told that theres an update, i updated it and the xbox froze, restarted it again and get the same update even though its already installed.



does anyone know what this is or should i just send it back to be replaced ?

i deleted fallout from the hard drive and played it from the disk but still having read problems, i will get it sent back though thanks guys

ok so it started working fine again for a few days but now i get this






its the E68 error, means hard drive is screwed up. it will definitely be sent back now.
