I've just bought Pro Evo 5 (xbox version) and got the update so i can run it on the 360.
The trouble is when i play the game the screen size is right in the middle and only filly 50% of the screen.
It's a pc monitor though, samsung 930bf.
I've tried fiddling with the screen size in game and on the monitor itself but i cant get it to work. I'Ve also tried changing the resolution in the xbox dash but still nothing.
Has anyone got any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Jim

There is a small swtich on the vide cable that plus into the back of the 360. Flick this to "TV" (rather than HD) and you should get a better sized picture. This is the only way I have found to resolve this problem. Bit of a pain in the arse but it does the trick for me!

Majority of games running in HD are widescreen only (strangely enough they're sometimes 4:3 in SD). This is why a large portion of the screen has black lines.

Not much you can do about it I'm afraid :\ VGA means HD.

Same here

I have the same problem but there is nothing that can be done about it if it is being connected via vga I have mine connected by component on an HD tv and pro evo does not fill the screen. The only way you can get it to fill the screen is if you connect it to a normal tv using scart.

The game will be in the standard tv aspect ratio 4:3 your xbox will be set up to produce the widescreen aspect ratio 16:9 it will show the 4:3 picture and mask the rest of the screen so that the picture isnt stretched or distorted
