Hey people,

I'm thinking of getting a 360 soon, just for GTA 4. I'm thinking of getting a 360 core/Arcade, but they don't come with a HDD do they? I was wondering if GTA 4 needs a HDD?

Second, I will be playing it on my PC monitor, which is an NEC 90GX2. Here is the spec for it;

19in TFT; 4ms response time; 400cd/m2; 700:1 contrast; native resolution 1,280 x 1,024; D-SUB and DVI-D inputs; 4-port USB 2 hub; TCO 03.

I'm wondering how I can get the best picture quality from this screen with the available i/o.

Could someone here tell me how I could get the best picture quality and what, if any cabling i will need to purchase?

Thanks in advance!;)

def get the official VGA cable :)

as for the HDD, not sure if GTA4 will need it or not. if it doesnt all you'll need is a memcard (which is included in the arcade pack) to save your gamertag on etc

Id go for the premium, game may require hard-drive, if not you'll want it for the exclusive dlc!!

You can have it for £199 with the game then just buy the vga cable for around £20
job done

The basic game won't need a HDD, but the downloadable content probably will. I'd pay the extra £40 and get a Premium personally.

Not quite, he will need to sort out the sound aswell as VGA doesn't carry audio ;)

It does.

You just need either speakers, or PC Line-In.

I would hazard it will need a HDD from some features. Crackdown and Burnout Paradise both do and GTA4 seems to be trying as much/more than those.
