Xbox 360 sound help

Hi guys

Im looking to buy a 360 and for now have to mainly run it through my pc monitor (tft) obviously i have to buy an vga adaptor but my main question is sound? my TFT doesn't have speaker's.... can i use my SB Music Card to play the sound through the pc?

There's so many threads about this, I also believe it's in the FAQ thread.

However, you want a phono to 3.5mm jack, then plug it into your 'line in'. Or, do as I do and plug a 3.5mm female-to-female jack in the phono jack and then plug your speakers into the other end.

Also, if you get the official VGA lead (which has a male/female adaptor with it) it also has an adaptor to plug the two sound leads into your sound card.
