Xbox 360 stood up - any problems ?

Just thought i'd double check no one has had problems with their 360 stood up ?

I know you shouldn't move it when it is on incase it scratches the disc but apart from that totally ok ?

Nah you will be fine, mine was standing for a good 3 months before i got my lcd tv and cabinet, it now is horizontal and havent had any probs with it.

Id say so. Mines horizontal and sat on those soft spongy things that come with it..

Yeah I noticed that to when running vertical, I've no room on my desk for horizontal so will just put up with it.

either way is fine, if it wasnt they wouldnt design it to let you stand it up

Was thinking of going vertical but the only question I've got is how you insert the discs? Do you need to support it as it's going into the console :confused:

Standing or flat I still get the same problems. Also mine seems quieter upright.

No it is designed to hold itself well.
