Hi all,
I'm going to get the Xbox 360 slim and I'm wondering how I will hook it up to my speakers and monitor. This is what I have in mind:
Video: Through HDMI port on monitor (easy!)
Audio:
Plug the audio adapter (this) into the Xbox - I understand it is packaged with the console
Buy one of these, a 1.5m 3.5MM Stereo Male - 2 X RCA Male Audio Cable, and plug the RCA ends into the adapter
Plug the 3.5mm end of that cable into an auxiliary input on my speakers (as seen here) only when I am using the Xbox.
How does this sound? Am I getting my cables confused or missing something?
