I'm having trouble connecting my PC to my Xbox 360. At present my 360 connects to xbox live via my PC through the ethernet cable supplied. So I know this works.
I'm trying to connect it to show pics / vids / music on my TV. I've installed TVersity, added some media (one pic, one mp3 and one video to test) and the server is started and working. I've excepted the mediaserver.exe and added the port to my firewall and Linksys router settings. When I test connection it fails on 'PC Selected'. Before this I installed Zune on to XP SP2 and it found and connected to my PC fine.
How do I solve this problem? I know I've got the hardware set-up right as it's connected using Zune and I've streamed .WMV files to my Xbox 360 and it played them fine.
Any help greatly appreciated.
