Xbox 360 updates

Unfortunately I don't have Xbox live so I was wondering if there any websites that allow you too d/load updates to the Xbox 360?

You can only get the dashboard updates by connecting your 360 to Live. You don't need a the paid for Live service to get the updates so why not just plug your 360 in?
