Hi all,

Quick question regarding the memory upgrade offer from Microsoft for arcade owners to atke advantage of the new interface upgrade.

I found out about this from the UK magazne 360 Gamer and in their article they state if you go to www.xboxstorageupgrade.com and enter yuor console details you could get the upgrade. I don't need this however I told my mate from work about this who has a son who has the arcade edition.

When he enters the details he get the expected response informing him that he is eligible for the 20Gb storage upgrade. There is then a link at the bottom of the message which says click here to take advantage of this limited offer. The link then opens a page where you enter you address details, however the country address field is filled out and fixed to 'United States' - you cannot change it.

So why is a UK magazone telling us this? Is it only available for US users?
Where can/how can UK users take advantage of this?

Help would be appreciated guys - cheers in advance.

If you've ever used an HD on the Core/Arcade while signed into Live though, MS will recognise this as having sufficient storage space.

I've got two consoles here that were originally cores but whenever I enter the details for them, I get a message saying something like "according to our records you already have sufficient space".

Unplug the HD, that's what I did and it worked fine :) Got a 20gb HD a couple of weeks after signing up.
