Xbox 360 value?

Hey guys,

Looking to sell my 250gig Xbox 360 with 1 wired controller and 1 wireless one but I have no idea how much it is worth, could someone please assist? Comes in the original box and I also have the below games:

F1 2011
Rainbow six 2
Battlefield 3
Splinter Cell Conviction
Bioshock 2
Arkham city

Guessing I just go to sections and restore to factory settings to erase everything?

And with regards the other stuff, yes just format everything and it's back to standard factory settings.
