Hello!:)

Did Msoft really test these cables?, the first problem many of us had was the pal50/60 stuff which is madness! pulling all my stuff apart just to plug the xbox into the telly in my mums room. And today i bought doom3! due to it being added to b/c to discover "This game doesnt support 60hz" so i pulled it all apart and plugged it all back up again "This game doesnt support VGA Cables". Ive emailed msoft 3 times about the 50/60 hz thing and they told me im lying basicly :(

badly written software ;)

Grab the composite lead (yellow) and bung it in the back of the telly. Fire it up and puke at how awful it looks.

Get to the display settings where you can find PAL settings. Set to 60Hz

Power down and go back to VGA Cable - winnar \0/

:)

It is frustraing when that happens, but seems unrealistic to blame MS cables for the programmers not doing their job.

Can anyone suggest which socket the L&R audio goes into on a Samsung 26" LCD? Its connected at the moment through the little adaptor that comes with the cable but is this the best method?

It would go in the same scart adaptor as the composite lead.

Doesn't surprise me that a big company refuses to admit they messed up.
