Not sure if anyone can help me out with this, but I thought I'd ask.
Right, my TV is a Tosh 32WLT66. Problem I'm having is with the screen adjustment when my 360 is connected via VGA. I've selected the screens native resolution, well the closest I can get in the 360 setup menu which is 1360x768, but the image on screen is justified to the left by about 2 - 3 inches. Now I've read the TV manual and it states that you must go into setup menu and select PC Setting, but for some reason this option is not selectable (it's greyed out). There seems to be no other way of adjusting the screen whilst on the VGA channel!? I've tried all the other widescreen (16:9) resolutions available on the Xbox 360 but all of them are left justified, only the 4:3 settings are centred.
I'm at my wits end with this! Feel like I've wasted 20 notes on this cable for nothing because I just can't move the screen whilst connected via VGA!

Sounds like the TV knows it's a not a PC plugged into the VGA port (as you said it's greyed out).
Can you possibly plug a PC into it to see if it is then highlighted?
Slightly different but I had to plug my Xbox 360 into my TV to change from Pal 50 to Pal 60 because this the option wasn't available with my 360 plugged into my monitor.

Hmm yeh might give that a try. Weird that though, how does it know it isn't a PC!?
