Xbox 360 Vs PC COD MW + MW2

hi,

sorry if this is in the wrong section but didnt know where else to put it.

my mate has an xbox-360 and i have a pc, i was wondering if we could play against each other on COD MW and COD MW2. would this be possible i do no c know if it is. we both have the games.

again sorry if this is in the wrong section.

any help will be appreciated.

Nope, you can't mate. Although, there are some games on pc that run windows live which is basically xbox live. You can chat to him via private chat and send him messages, but can't play in same games as him on different systems.

Even with slight auto-aim, I cannot imagine it is anywhere near as good as mouse / keyboard.

Will have to try it one day.

Hang on, are you telling me they use autoaim on multiplayer games on the consoles?

Jesus console gamers suck more than i thought.

Bloomin consoles, I used to only play on them. I used to play them out of lack of dexterity on kB.
I used to see in game shops those key command templates for keyboards and swoon with terror.

PC gamers have bigger brains do they not; that allows them to do these things.

lol - afaik it was to make it an even playing field between the pc and the xbox but imo just made the xbox over powered. When I played this game for clan matches I would use the xbox as imo it was a lot easier, unless ofc I was sniping then PC all the way!

I may be speaking in jest, though there is a huge ammount truth and a point to what I say.
I was lacking confidence in myself to be able harness a Kb properley in games and didn't believe I could.

Moral it's never too late to change and "Yes, you can." :p

So PC users have 'bigger brains'? Is that why they're always buying the latest and greatest graphics card with virtually nothing to take advantage of it?

What bitterness? I'm sure if he wanted to play certain games on PC rather than console he would? Maybe he prefers gaming from a couch instead of sitting at a desk? It's all personal choice. The maturity of some people on here is amazing, "omfg!11 you use a console, teh nub!!11one!".... :rolleyes:

Anyway... Back on topic...

I think shadowrun is the only game that is cross-platform or are there other GFWL titles that allow it?

I play cod4 on pc and wii. on the wii you get autoaim when u first zoom in. its actually pretty fun on the wii but after playing on the wii for 4 days then going back to pc i got OWNED!! oh my it's soooo hard on pc

I think it is pretty harsh to imply that us PC gamers/enthusiasts are stupid because we buy expensive hardware for our PCs. I hope you aren't serious about nothing taking advantage of graphics cards, I'm pretty sure games do.

I think you'll find that that simpletom was just making a generalisation about PC users just as jmc was making one about console users..

Not sure what is with all the hostilities, everyone seems to get on their high horse about any little thing when it comes to a gaming medium. Are we not all gamers.. it does not matter on which we game for we are all united in our common creed.. or something ;)

But BlackDragon, I think it was a few peeps making jestuous comments (atleast hopefully it was). Although there some truth in both statments..
