Simple question regarding this... I have the receiver and wireless controller. Is it possible to sync 2 controllers to the 1 receiver for playing 2 player on the likes of FIFA or PES?

Touché.

My excuse is that in german, i and e would switch depending on how the word sounds :D (second of the two gives the word its sound)

Still, just goes to show that even when spelt wrong, its still only a few seconds of google work.

If I where to get one of the controllers and the reciever for my pc. Once the controller is linked to the pc will this stop it turning on my 360?

Yeh, the pad can only be sync'd to 1 device. So if its sync'd to the PC wireless dongle then its no longer sync'd to the 360. You would need to re-sync it on the 360 to use it on there again.

Sorry to thread jack but.....

I'd like to get Fifa 11 on PC (I don't have an XBOX 360 or PS3). Will any of the official wireless controllers for the 360 work on the PC or is there a "special" version??

To be honest I'm not fussed if it's a wired controller, i just want the cheapest way to play 2 player on fifa 11 or PES 2011 on PC. Any help appreciated.

Any wireless controller for the xbox 360 will work with PC if you have one of the receivers.

Any wired controller should work too.

just like others have said, yes you can use a wired xbox 360 controller on the pc, if you want to use wireless controller you need the receiver, I do play PES2010 and soon to be 2011 using these methods and it works brilliant.

Just thought I'd add, if you don't already have an xbox 360 as you say, then the wired will be the cheaper choice of course, because with wireless you will need to buy the controllers and receiver.

How reliable have people found the receivers to be? I have gone through 3 now I think and given up on them, they worked for different lengths of time but all eventually stopped being recognised when plugged in or lighting up.
