Xbox 360 Wireless Headset

Just bought one of these today as my wired one is broken.

Having had to wait 6 hours for it to charge then finding out how appalling it sounded i was a bit saddened. Also I'm having to shout to get any reading on Halo 3,is this normal?

Could anyone care to share their thoughts on their's if they have one? Do you have to shout? What's your sound quality like. I heard there a bit hit and miss.

Gonna take it back tomorrow for a replacement.

Sounds awful and having to shout is a bit annoying.

Also, did anyone get a proper charger? The box has a proper mains charger groove into the plastic, all i got was a stupid USB charger.

Just doing some searching aorund the net and found a review by Kainz! Hehe.

I think the loop is too small for my ear. My "Huge" lugs must be too big. The unti just feels unstable and flaps about. I must have a dud unit because of the shouting. Also it doesnt feel comfortable, am i putting it on right, hehe.

My Jabra BT200 may look horrible but its the best fit of a wireless headset ive ever had.

May have to pick up another wired...

Im going to get a replacement, if it doesnt work well ill get a refund and find a wired one.

The wired one is way more comfortable also.

Did anyone get a large ear loop for theirs?

All i got was a S and a M one.

Got a replacement yesterday night.

Charged it over night, gonna see if it any better. Im being skeptical.

I want a large loop! My ears arnt even that big!!! Stupid microsoft, there design is rubbish on near enough everything imo, except the wireless controller!

Right, had a quick go. Seems exactly the same but the headset seems to hug my ear a lot better than the previous one.

I still have to raise my voice for the noise gate on Halo 3 to recognize its my voice speaking but its not a shout anymore, just have to pronunciate my words clearer and speak a little louder than i would with the wired one, i find myself being quiet on the wired one as always wonder if im being too loud.

It is nice it being wireless also.
