I seem to be unable to pick up any voice or anyone able to hear me when I use my wireless 360 headset in games for windows games though it does seem to recognise it in windows vista as it can hear my voice but in gears of war and halo 2 it just makes the normal sound output come through the headset. Are there any drivers for this as I cant seem to find any or any solutions to my problem.

If I might ask, do you mean output voice to the headset or input voice through the headset to the game?

From what i recall when I tried it for 5 minutes , windows recognises the headset/mic as a new 2nd usb soundcard .

You probably need to go into the windows sound settings and change the soundcard used under "voice" to the new usb one rather than your old original soundcard which it's probably still set to.

do you have it connected through the wireless reciever for windows?

you mite have to select the mic ingame, i do in wow, or you mite have to just have a looki n your sound settings to make sure its selected and turned up.

Yes, I just tried it earlier and it's working fine in the voice regognition software etc so maybe it's a games for windows problem, I'll try it in a games for windows game soon.

I've used it in quite a few games, Cod4, with TS and a few other things. The game I couldnt get it working with was World in Conflict and that was the only Games for Windows I tried to use it with.
