Hi guys and gals, thinking of getting one of these but would appreciate any opinions from people who own one already.

Its quite expensive at around £75-90, however I know that Forza 2 will support it.

Like I said any opinions/comments on the wireless racing wheel appreciated.

I have one and I like it lots :) I don't use it very often though, I thought I would play loads of TDU but I did not think that the wheel worked well with TDU. Apparently that has been patched and now works better.....
As wheels go it is solid, powerful and a nice size.

I also have one and can highly recommend it i always use the wheel now with pgr3 and tdu now that its been patched to work correctly.

It does take some time getting to grips with it though i found it very frustrating at first but i kept at it and im now loveing it so much it really ads much more fun and realism to the games.

got one here too, love it to bits. build quality is good, there is a bit of slop in the centre column but it's abviously made to be like that and mine has not got any worse with plenty of use.

i refuse to play any racing games with the controller now as the wheel gives more realism and i can get better lap times after some practice :)

it's a good wheel in general and has very good force feedback.

Bought one for my wife some time ago, she likes it. I use it as well and it’s very good.
Looking forward to Forza2

It's an excellent wheel...

It does work on the PC, using the MS wireless gaming receiver, but atm there is no force feedback, but MS are supposed to be working on the driver for it,

The force feedback on the 360 is good, and certainly adds to the realism, although you do need to plug the power lead in for it to have 'proper' feedback, using it purely wirelessly leaves it a bit lame.

I may send mine back though, as it's natural centre seems to be a fraction off true centre.. which is bugging me.. I assume everyone elses centres itself exactly where it should?

I have one, and as people are saying once you get used to it, you can really do some cracking lap times, mines gathering dust until Forza and CMR appear!

Once plugged in the force feedback is strong enough to throw a small child over the sofa ...... well almost ;)

Excellent piece of kit, love mine, it will come into its own when Forza 2 arrives and hopefully D.I.R.T will be written for it too.
Some of the early ones did have problems with cracking noises coming from the steering and off centre but most these days are fine.
Well worth the purchase, adds a whole new dimension to gaming :)

So it works properly with TDU now, when did this get fixed? Last time i played you couldn't get past 80mph without going into a vicious wobbly lol

That's because you badly kerbed our car and your tracking is horribly out now ;) You must drive like my wife, Mrs "4 sets of wheel trims per year" VIRII

yeah i think the handling in TDU is also much improved now after the patch, i agree with the force feedback aswell, i personally would not like it to be any stronger
