Xbox 360 wireless/wired connection?

This should probably be in the networking forums but im not getting much responce there.


My aim is to connect my 360, via crossover cable, from a PC recieving a Wireless internet signal.

I have a Netgear DG834PN modem/router and that is in another room.
Do i have to bridge the connections?
And why does it say that my IP addresses are conflicting?
During my Tests the Xbox cannot pickup an IP address.
