Xbox account been hacked i think!!

Hi guys,
Just had a call off Natwest telling me a payment of £42.50 to Microsoft in Luxembourg has been blocked. I check the account linked to my Live and there are 2 emails, 1 saying thanks for payment or similar and then 1 saying that it got blocked moments later.

Now i log onto my Xbox account and for some reason there is 5200 points! despite me having an email/bank saying it was blocked!

I have contacted Xbox and they said they are passing onto their Fraud Investigation team.

Just wondering has this happened to anyone and did Xbox sort it or?

I have no use for the points so will be pretty annoyed if i don't get a refund.

Ok,
Not heard back from Xbox. I have had my card stopped and a new one sent out so i shouldn't have any more problems.

I just hope Xbox can see either via IP address or something that i have not purchased any points.

Still sucks though, I hope you get a refund.

I have used the email to sign up to other forums etc but i cant remember using the same password and the websites i have signed up for have been reputable ones not random.

I hope so as well.

I imagine they can just track from where the purchase was made? and then prove it that way.

Well as soon as i saw it contacted them and they have put a block on the account so fingers crossed they will see it was not me.
