Weird one going on here.

2 Xbox's, 2 accounts. Both child accounts, both have full permissions. They have been sharing Game Pass and Gold.

Child 2 has lost access to Game Pass and Gold games.

I'm stumped. Was working perfectly a couple of days ago, and as far as I'm aware nothing has changed.

I had this happen, first off just try doing a full shutdown (in power settings) and see if it comes back.

If not what I did was remove my account from the xbox (I might have removed it as home xbox as well, can't remember), did a full shutdown and then logged back in. Originally I tried doing that but just powering off as normal but it didn't work, doing a full shutdown seemed to kick it back in to life.

Thanks for your help.

I removed his account, shut it down properly, logged back in as him, and its still popping up messages saying I need to buy the game pass. Xbox home is the other xbox if I recall, so I can't remove that from here.

Tell a lie. this one is the home xbox. Should I try removing it?

I think I did yes but it only worked when I did the whole process. So remove home xbox, remove account, full shutdown, add account, set home xbox. This was all on the account which had the gamepass sub, so if he is the second account trying doing the same thing with the primary account.

I had a right faff trying to get it work again, it was like the account needed its privileges reset as it wouldn't let the secondary account play games I'd bought either.
