xbox and dell 2407WFP problmes

hi i have a Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP 24 and i have linked it up to my xbox, tho i do not know what i need to link the red and white leads up to my speaker, i am wanting to use the one form my computer so i need something that will connect a 3.5 mil lead to the red and white out puts

Connect that to your soundcard or directly to your speakers.

Also buy an official 360 vga cable and use that, it'll look so much better and it comes with an adapter for the red and white audio cables.
