XBOX App loading full screen on startup

Since the update to the Xbox app the other day, when by PC boots into windows the Xbox App appears full screen immediately.

I don't mind it loading automatically on start-up but it used to be just in the system tray.

How do I/can I stop it going full screen on start-up?

There's an option in settings. If you click your avatar/thumbnail and account settings it should have a list of checkboxes.

Thanks, the "Launch app in the background" as unticked so that may be it
