Xbox bad net connection?

Hi
Since i have had new iternet my xbox really suffers when trying to play online games to the point where it wont even load a lobby. I have tested connection and it always say that i need to change the NAT from moderate it the router settings. I have a bt home hub 3 and i tried port forwarding but that didnt work.

Can anyone please help me to find the settings i need to change in the router.

Enable the DMZ server (might be called something different on the Home Hub) on your router and assign the IP you set for the DMZ to your Xbox.
