Xbox ban

I was talking to someone who I heard got banned for hacking on xbox live and he said that he was in a lobby when someone else was hacking and the whole lobby got banned. It doesn't sound like a likely scenario to me but I don't play on consoles.

Is this a fairy tale he made up?

B) a hacker
C) gamerscore cheat
D) a pirate
E) all of the above

Not uncommon. I remember playing MW2 on PC and being in a map where someone decided they wanted to make everyone level 70 and unlock everyone's weapons

Sounds like BS to me, I have been in lobbies in COD where people give everyone max prestige and stuff and never got banned. Only on BO2 I got my rank reset to 1 but not XBL Ban.

Even my "shady" bedroom xbox hasn't been banned and I've had it since 2008
