This annoyed me in the past but is of particular annoyance due to the size of download today.
Xbox.com has been great in the past for letting you queue up downloads for updates, demos, games - all kinds of things.
This has worked well as I'm able to queue up many, large downloads while at work or away meaning my computer illiterate flatmate is able to assist me by turning on the Xbox and let it do it's thing.
However today I'm trying to get the Armored Kill update for BF3 (1.4GB I think) but it's not available through Xbox.com - only through the BF3 store.
Now, don't get me wrong, this is not the end of my life. I can wait until I get home to start the download, I could even wait until next year before I got a chance to play it. What does annoy me is the lack of consistency and lack of integration with what I consider to be quite a nice feature of the Xbox Live market.
I appreciate their methods of the releasing the content (Premium members two weeks early or whatever) will potentially impact the Xbox Live market as a viable option of the udpate but to me it screams out that they should have pushed for added functionality to that service rather than creating their own.
Why can't we all just get along!
