Is anyone experiencing a really poor performance from this website?

I use it a lot to send messages etc but the speed is tedious thats even if it brings up the page!

Been slow for a while for me now, and also having to constantly log in as well as the drop down menu not responding to clicks.

Rubbish.

I mentioned this it is much worse since the fall update. So bad I often have to press refresh a couple of times to get in (tried from multiple location and it is just slow). Annoying as I used to use it regularly to send annoying messages.

I noticed that it was getting pretty slow prior to the fall update - a good month or so anyway. However I've got the chatpad so I no longer need it.

Fairy? Nice name Nokkon.

I never ysed to have to re-enter my passowrd either. Now regularly it seems to have signed me out. Anyone else getting that problem despite ticking the remember email and password box?

I've had it happening for a while too, since Xbox.com got redesigned basically. Strangely it happens with my hotmail spam email account too.

Same problem, sick of continually entering my password.

Yep same issue (firefox and IE) But I don't know if that is a global change for all sites that use MS Passport sign-in so may not be xbox live specific.

I tried to enter a code for points last night but kept getting the "cannot retrieve information from Xbox Live" message.

I thought the problem with entering passwords on Live.com was just my computer as it only started after formatting my PC. It did coincide with the update though so it makes more sense now.

Could this lead to the unusually slow loading times I'm getting on market place on the 360 itself? Or am I alone in that :p

I get it as well, but that is normal when new updates and demos are released. I expect more to be honest as the performance has gone down since I got the 360 at launch and the price is the same. It used to max out my 8mb connection and my current 15mb ish connection, it doesn't anymore. If they are capping/throttling from their end, they should really say. I don;t download that much of Live anymore and don't buy their Arcade content anymore, but when I want to, it is annoying.

I know some of the stuff is free and some of it is part of my subscription to Live, but still. I cannot see a feasible reason why they do not have 2 "pipes" one for Silver and one for Gold.
