Xbox Connection Problems.
Okay so the other day for some strange reason I just couldn't connect to Xbox.
It wouldn't do the first stage of connecting my xbox to my router.
I connect using Ethernet cable so I thought maybe the cable was bust so I tried it on my PC and it worked fine, so I tried a bunch of things manually assignign the IP, MAC etc. Still didn't work. A friend suggested connecting my laptop wirelessly to my router then creating a bridge ethernet cable from laptop to xbox. And it worked surprisingly. Now a few days down the line I still have to connect this way which is a nuisance because my Nat type is always set to Moderate now, when before it would go to Strict sometimes but I'd easily fix it.
Any ideas why the direct Ethernet didn't work?
Or anything I can do? Would rather not have to buy a Xbox Wireless Adapter as I seem to get a hell of a lot of lag wirelessly.
