Xbox Crashing??

Over the last few days my new Elite is crashing far too often for my liking, just now its crashed playing TDU only turned it on as well, it’s done it about 4 time this week Is this a sign of a dying 360?

This is a new falcon chipset btw.

My Elite did this when I first got it, turned out to be an environmental issue, i.e. not enough air around the box.

Since I moved it on top of my cabinet rather than inside I have not had this problem.

Take it back and get it replaced just in case tbh.

While I agree this is the safest bet, just make sure your 360 AND the power brick (people don't seem to realise that the brick needs just as much air as the 360 does) are plenty well ventilated. If it still does it, it's replacement time.

Thats very true about the power brick. I've noticed that my self many of times. I have to hover mine over a box.. because if i dont, and I have it on the carpet, it crashed. Pure rubbish. :\ if it still crashes, and its within the 1 year warranty take it back .
