Hey, has anyone ever have to deal with a failed dashboard update on Xbox 360?
A colleague has given me his old system which apparently froze up on a black screen during a system update and was unplugged after ~30 minutes. On startup I'm presented with a new-style NXE error message:
Interpreting the code it looks like the system failed during an update from dash 5766 (0x1686) to 12625 (0x3151)? I've given it a 12625 $SystemUpdate via USB drive but it just perpetually sits there with a little progress spinner on-screen.
Suggestions would be appreciated. It's a 2006 Xenon so no huge loss if it's a writeoff, though
