Xbox freezing

My xbox freezes 90% of the time when i try to read messages, its the new 250gb model, not even 12 months old yet. Does anyone have the same problem or know how to fix it?

Bring it back to where you bought it from. It's still under full warranty so it should be a no hassle job.
