Xbox Game Pass Play Anywhere

Any PC gamers got the Game Pass just for the PC Anywhere games?

I don’t have an Xbox but currently it’s only £7.99 for a 3 month Game Pass.

Just want confirmation that all of the Anywhere games will be available to download and play on the PC.

Anyone?
 
Thanks, that’s excellent news. Worth a punt at least for 3 months at that price.
 
Games are ONLY accessible if you continue the monthly sub fee though if you cancel you lose ALL content (including anything you bought under the scheme like DLC) from it so its just a rental service with a monthly sub fee.

Bit like PS+ then. Should be enough time to complete the few decent titles on there though.

I'm out the loop when it comes to all things xbox. What games are play anywhere ones?

Would I also need xbox live gold membership?

Edit: I just had a look on the store and there isn't many games included it's only really Gears 4, state of decay and sea of thieves if your playing on pc.

Things like halo wars 2 even though included in the game pass and play anywhere you still can't play it on pc unless you actually buy the game.

seems bad really.

Not exactly true. I've just signed up for the 3 months and currently installing Super Lucky's Tale. I don't own an XBO but did already have an account from my X360.

See below image that shows I can install HW2 with GamePass. You might need to search in the store to find the correct edition to download.

Pretty cool if it includes halo wars 2 and other stuff.

That store is such a mess it seems pretty hard to understand they got so much random stuff mixed together. On the game pass page it says halo wars 2 is xbox only and where the other games say included with game pass halo wars says £22 with games pass.

Is there a list of what games I would get on pc using game pass?

I tried for an hour now trying to figure out the store I thought I had it until you came along lol.

Yeah everything is all up in the air and confusing with GamePass. The store doesn't help though. Anyway, see my list above, I have gone through the W10 Store and these are the games available with GamePass.

Hey thanks Spacedeck for the list much appreciated. I wanna play halo wars 2 and gears of war so probably worth ago for me. I might try the 14 day free trial see if I can do what I want to with that first.

Ah! Thank you my good man. I was about to have a mini tantrum due to not being able to install Halo Wars 2. A search in the store brings up a multitude of different versions and one of them lets me install the game to PC with the game pass.

Ah yeah forgot they do play anywhere titles that aren't first party. FH4 was mostly the reason why I got it. If FH3 is anything to go by I will have a blast and have the game finished within a month or two and not touch it again so went down this route.
