XBOX Gamepass Ultimate conversion is back for £1

Do you think you would have purchased many of them?

My sub is up in two weeks. Just done the same to see where the value is.

For me in 2025, just on Gamepass I've gone:
BF1 Campaign - 1 hour so far but I like it.
GOW reloaded - finished story mode
Ninja Gaiden 3 - binned after an hour
AC Odyssey - 2 hours, not for me
Robocop - as AC Odyssey
Ninja Gaiden 2 - 16 hours, finished campaign plus replayed some of the best chapters
BF4 & BF3 - Finished campaigns
Riders republic - 1 hour
Indiana Jones - 6 hours, got bored of bonking people on the head with a shovel
Dead Island 2 - 2 hours. Tedious
F1 24 - 43 minutes. Won my first race by absolutely miles and never went back to it.

Would I have bought any of them? Would have got Indy on day one for sure and then likely would have persevered with it to the end. Dead Island I almost preordered but glad I didn't. The others are so old I could probably get them on Ebay for very little. Owned the 360 versions of GOW and NG2 anyway.
Majority of my Xbox time has been on games I have actually purchased in the past and getting through them. RDR2, Splinter Cell Blacklist and Space Marine 2. Only actually purchased 1 game this year - Ready or Not.

GPU has also allowed me to do something I haven't really done before - PC gaming. Played a few but not for very long. Theres always an issue with a PC game for me, can't be bothered messing about with it plus never keen to sit in front of a screen after sitting in front of one for most of the day.

That is a really good question to be fair. I probably would have purchased Indy, Clair Obscur for definite. Although I may have been tempted by Doom and Avowed too.

Gamepass is just handy though because the games are just there.

Like you too it has allowed me to play more on my PC

I'm getting to the end of my stacked bargains but have extended on the latest six months for £60 deal. I share Gamepass with my daughter so that's effectively £5 per month per person (although totally funded by the Bank of Dad). To me that seems like insanely good value for the amount of entertainment it provides.
