Xbox Glitch

I was playing COD4 and noticed some guy on my team go through the ground on Creek. I'm a sporting person and so naturally I felt this was unacceptable. I reported the player for glitching and shot him to get him out of his spot.

He then leaves the game and manages to bombard me with chat invites for about 10 minutes whilst playing in another match? What's up with that?

Anywho, what's the likely outcome of my complaint? Do the folks at XBL have ways to check if this guy was glitching and if so, will he be banned?

Ahh the chat glitch. Basically he was just clicking on the Send Chat invite bit constantly for a minute or so. If you set your online status to busy then they stop popping up

I ended up blocking communications with him but thanks for the tip.

I don't see why you'd draw attention to yourself like that by abusing someone who's just caught you glitching.

I doubt anything will be done about the complaint to be honest, and the constant chat invites are intended to freeze someone elses xbox, its a pain when someone does it.

Fair enough. It's just a shame there's so many glitched spots on COD4. It's been out long enough!

You should report him for doing the chat glitch aswell, it's a big step up from the COD4 thing

The glitch where there is a large rock in the creek bed wall that you can walk through and snipe from, but no one can hit you?

Really annoying glitch, you would have thought it would be fixed by now.

Sounds like it.

There's also a glitch in the trench in Overgrown and in the tunnels in Pipeline.

Have seen numerous people use them and have always shot anyone trying to get inside them.
