Xbox graphics glitching???

Just notice on my dell 2405 that all my 360 games now have the light pixel area as shown on the piccie. (just underneath the yellow Bar). Initially I thought it was the monitor. So i ran various pixel checking programs and its fine. Most noticable on greys/blacks.

When I use the pc or run a pc game with the same colours I dont get this bad section at all.

Is that a 360 gfx glitch, the start of problems? Anyone else had anything like this?

As I said its not the monitor.

Well it's defo not the monitor. After a restart of the xbox its now gone away. I'm certainly not sending it back after that glitch but I'm worried that its the beginning of the slippery slope to red quadrants

I know someone here had the same issue with a light pixel on Amped 3.

Could it be the vga/component cable you're using?

I dont think its the game because it did it on all 3 of my current games in the same spot. Until I rebooted :confused:

Maybe just a boot issue.

Think it just needed a reboot ..

I had a glitch in Kameo where the wheel that you needed to turn to open the door wasn't there

but was fine after a reboot

Yup sounds like a glitch.

I had one in a cave in Ovlivion. There were bright torch lights but they were far too bright (just a white blob). Went out of the cave, went back in and they were gone.

The game probably read the wrong textures off of the disc or something.
